About the owner
My name is Kris Kunkel. I, my wife, and 4 kids made the move to Kennewick from Vancouver, Washington in 2018. After 10 years of being a train car inspector at BNSF Railway, I have shifted my focus to inspecting homes to help people understand more about maintaining one of the bigger purchases of their lives. As someone who was not well-informed in my own past home purchases, it is important to me to provide an honest and easy-to-understand report. I pride myself in communication and being available to my clients throughout the home purchase process.
