Pre-Warranty
Expiration inspection

Click/hover to learn more.
Performed during the 11th month of your 1-year Builder Warranty. The inspection will be performed to verify that everything was done properly. You will be presented with a completed report with pictures at the end.

Investor Property
Inspections

Performed prior to purchase as well as periodically during ownership. Periodic inspections for properties currently in your portfolio would ensure the identification of needed repairs. Identifying those problems early is the key to profitable ownership.

Seller Certified
Home Program

Click/hover to learn more.
A very good idea for the homeowner who's selling soon. Many sales are cancelled due to the buyer's shock at the "functional condition" of the home. Disclosing them up front and pricing the home based upon that disclosure will often times produce a higher net sales price for the owner.

Thermal
Imaging

Click/hover to learn more.
Thermal imaging allows us to see places where there may be water damage, heat/air conditioning leaks in the structure of your home. This is a key tool in the Home Inspectors tool box that should always be utilized.

Sewer
Scopes

Click/hover to learn more.
Great Idea for older homes to check sewer lines for blockage and roots.
