Hi, I’m Kris Kunkel, your local home inspector in the Tri-Cities, WA. After spending 10 years working as a train car inspector at BNSF Railway, I made a major life change in 2018. My wife and I, along with our four kids, moved to Kennewick to start a new chapter—one focused on helping people protect what’s likely the biggest purchase of their lives.
As someone who once went through home buying without the knowledge I have now, I believe in providing inspection reports that are thorough, honest, and easy to follow.
